Terms & Conditions

When You Arrive:

  1. Upon arrival at the farm, when dropping off or picking up your pet, you will see our closed gate. Please open the gate, drive through, and then close the gate behind you. Please repeat this when you leave. This is to make sure all our visitors stay safe and secure on site.
  2. Please proceed up the drive and you will see our office block straight ahead. Please park your car outside the office where one of us will be there to greet you.
  3. We'll then take you in to the office where you'll be asked to complete a contact form which will include any health conditions your pet may have and we'll get some more details about the routine you'd like during their stay. This is where you'll also sign our terms and conditions - a copy of which can be seen below.
  4. Once the paperwork has been completed we'll then complete handover of your pet. At this stage please make sure your pets are either secure on a lead or in a safe carrier.

Rights To Refusal:

While we always do our best to try and accommodate our customers, there may be occasions whereby we have to refuse the boarding of a pet on occasion. Some instances include:

  1. If vaccination information is not available, or if all the necessary vaccination requirements, including Kennel Cough, have not been met.
  2. Those pet(s) appearing to be unwell, who are in season or thought to be suffering from any illness or infectious disease.
  3. Any animals exhibiting signs of aggression. We may request for such animals to be collected if they are aggressive during their stay. We recommend trial visits for any animals of a nervous disposition.

Food & Equipment

We supply everything needed for your pets stay however, we recommend when a pet is boarding with us, to keep them in as normal a routine as possible, that customers bring their own food and bedding and any toys that your dog or cat may play with.

Seale Pastures Farm, Kennels & Cattery have their own supply of both wet and dry food that we will supply at no extra charge, but will take no responsibility for any conditions a change of diet may incur.

We have different options of bedding available for pets that arrive without their own bedding and we will discuss with you which option best suits your pet's needs on arrival. These include a selection of veterinary bedding and raised bedding and blankets. These will be supplied at no extra cost.

Any dog(s) that requires specific dog walking equipment (ie. harness) will need to be provided by their owner.

We have our own selection of toys we use to play with your pet to aid their enrichment during their stay, but encourage owners to bring their pet's favourite.

While we do our best to look after toys and equipment  (such as bedding) that you bring, we can take no responsibility for any damage caused during your pet's stay with us - particularly where play can get boisterous!.
